Website vs. CRM

A website brings attention. A CRM keeps that attention from getting lost. They work together, but they are not the same product. CRM should appear as its own upgrade line item when sold.

Simple rule: website foundation and hosting/support plans do not automatically include CRM. Pair the right CRM upgrade with the right hosting package only when the client needs it.
