Web + App

Three views. One customer journey.

The public website should work on desktop and mobile browsers first. A separately scoped app can then support customers who need an ongoing experience after booking.

Desktop · Mobile web · App

Do not make customers install an app just to understand the business.

Discovery and public information stay available in the browser. App scope is reserved for repeat or post-booking tasks that genuinely benefit from an installed experience.

Mobile web

No install required

The same public pages reflow for phones with touch-friendly navigation and forms.

Mobile app

For ongoing customer tasks

Trip details, saved plans, alerts, or companion tools can live in a separate app when the business case supports it.

Platform blueprint

Keep release targets separate from the website foundation.

A production app can be prepared for store distribution when that work is included in the approved scope. Store review and approval remain controlled by the applicable platform.

Responsive website

Public pages, search visibility, trip discovery, forms, trust, and browser access across desktop and mobile.

Installable mobile experience

A PWA or packaged app can support saved or repeat tasks without replacing the public website.

Store release path

When separately scoped, production work can include packaging, testing, signing, policy preparation, and submission for Google Play and Apple App Store review.

No store-listing claimThis demonstration is not claiming that Summit Adventure Co. or this sample app is published in either store. It demonstrates how store readiness can fit into a larger project plan.
Mobile app preview

Continue the trip after booking.

The app preview focuses on customer tasks that make more sense after a trip has been selected: meeting details, route brief, reminders, and optional location-aware features.

Advanced location layer ONLocation-aware features should be scoped carefully around user permission, privacy, battery use, offline behavior, and a clear customer benefit.

The technology should support the trip, not become the trip.
