Ell Vii's Automations
Separate product · separate pricing · separate security boundary

CRM is an add-on to the project, not a hidden part of the website.

When a business chooses CRM, Ell Vii's Automations connects the website or other approved lead sources to a separate CRM workspace. The website can pass approved customer information into that system, but the CRM itself is treated as its own business application with its own scope, pricing, access controls, and data layer.

Security by separation

Your public website is not your CRM database.

The CRM is designed as a separate access-controlled workspace rather than a public website page containing all of the business's customer records. This separation reduces unnecessary exposure and helps keep business data behind the appropriate authentication and application boundary.

What the website may do

Collect an approved form, chat, booking, or lead request and securely hand that information to the CRM workflow.

What the website does not need to do

Expose the CRM workspace, internal notes, pipeline, team controls, or full customer database to public visitors.

CRM pricing

Choose the CRM level separately from the website.

These are CRM upgrade levels. They are not automatically included in a website package unless the approved quote specifically lists the CRM as part of the project.

Security note: No system can truthfully promise zero risk. Ell Vii's Automations uses separation, authenticated access, scoped integrations, least-privilege role design, and protected data handling to reduce exposure. Exact production controls depend on the approved CRM scope and integrations.
How the pieces relate

Website, CRM, Business Portal, and Enterprise Control Panel are different layers.

The layers can work together without pretending they are the same product. That makes the customer journey easier to understand and keeps security boundaries clearer.

1. Website

Public customer experience: pages, content, forms, booking paths, chatbot, and approved lead capture.

2. CRM Add-On

Private business workflow: customer records, notes, statuses, assignments, follow-up, calendar, pipeline, approved automation, and role-based access where included.

3. Business Portal

Private client workspace for approved business operations. Most clients start in the Standard Multi-Tenant Business Portal, with Dedicated placement recommended when greater isolation or customization is justified.

4. Enterprise Control Panel

Higher-level administration for organizations that need broader visibility and controlled oversight across approved CRM, portal, communications, teams, services, and operational systems.

Portal placement: Business Portal levels are fit-based rather than self-service upgrades. Ell Vii's Automations recommends Standard Multi-Tenant, Dedicated, or Enterprise placement according to the approved scope and operational need. See how the portal levels work.
