Explore Website Design →Local search structure, service-area signals, helpful content, Google profile alignment, and review paths.
Explore Local SEO →CRM records, notes, next steps, reminders, lead history, and practical follow-up organization.
Explore CRM & Follow-Up →A Website Assistant that answers common questions, gathers contact information, and starts a useful handoff.
Explore Website Assistant →Automation for follow-up, review requests, reminders, routing, and recurring operational work.
Explore Automation →Website hosting/support covers the selected website-service lane. Platform Maintenance is a separate technical-care option when a custom system needs it.
Explore Hosting & Maintenance →The standard website prototype is complimentary and should carry most of the design collaboration. After you approve the prototype direction and production scope, the first 50% starts production and starts the 12-month Year 1 website-service term. The remaining 50% is due when the approved finished site launches on your domain. Launch does not restart the anniversary.
The Website Assistant remains available for guided intake, but you can also call, text, or email directly.
The goal is to reduce uncertainty, not force you to understand every technical term first.
The standard prototype is complimentary. After prototype and scope approval, the first 50% production payment starts the build and starts the 12-month Year 1 website-service term. The remaining 50% is due at completed domain launch.
Year 1 ends 12 consecutive months after the first production payment. Launch does not restart the anniversary unless a written agreement specifically says otherwise.
The original build is complete. Requested text changes, image swaps, pricing updates, new sections, new pages, and feature changes are maintenance or separately scoped post-launch work.
If the request materially expands the approved scope, the applicable hourly rate, starting price, or fixed quote is shown before material extra work begins.
No. The assistant is the guided intake option. You can also call or text (623) 738-5358 or email [email protected].
