Custom website pricing · Complimentary prototype · SEO + AEO + GEO included

Every website is custom, with modern discoverability built in.

Ell Vii's Automations designs each website for the individual business. Every website also includes SEO, AEO, and GEO foundations so the site is prepared for traditional search, direct-answer experiences, and AI-powered discovery from the beginning.

Every website: customDesigned around the business, not selected from a template package.

How website pricing works

Custom design is included in every website.

Customers should not have to learn industry jargon to understand the price. The rule is simple: we design the website for your business, include the modern search foundation, then price the amount of work required to build what your business needs.

The website is custom from the beginning.

Your quote is based on the approved scope of work: pages, content, forms, customer actions, integrations, systems, and special features. SEO, AEO, and GEO foundations are included with every website. You are not paying extra just for the word “custom,” and you are not required to buy a separate search upgrade just to receive a modern launch foundation.

Designed for your business

We design the layout, page structure, mobile experience, navigation, calls-to-action, and customer path around your business and goals.

Price follows the work

A larger site, more pages, more content, advanced forms, booking, payments, CRM, AI, portals, APIs, or interactive tools require more design, setup, development, and testing.

You can see what you are paying for

The approved quote should identify the important pages, functions, integrations, and systems included so the difference in price is understandable before production begins.

Included with every website

SEO + AEO + GEO: three discovery layers, one stronger website foundation.

Customers do not discover businesses through one doorway anymore. Some use traditional search results. Some ask direct questions. Others use AI-powered search experiences. Every Ell Vii's Automations website is built with foundations for all three.

Why this can be a game changer for your business

A polished website is useful, but a polished website that modern discovery systems cannot understand is leaving opportunity on the table. Building SEO, AEO, and GEO together prepares your business for traditional search, direct-answer experiences, and AI-powered discovery rather than optimizing only for yesterday's search behavior. The same clear structure also helps real customers understand your services, locations, trust information, answers, and next steps faster.

What we do not promise: SEO, AEO, and GEO improve readiness and discoverability, but no provider can guarantee a specific ranking, featured answer, AI citation, traffic level, lead count, sales result, or revenue outcome. Ongoing competitive growth work may still be useful after launch depending on the market.
The main collaboration phase

Complimentary Website Prototype

The prototype is where we work through what the website should look like, how it should be organized, and how customers should use it. It is a no-charge pre-sale design phase, not the finished production website. Ell Vii's Automations does not accept the website-project production payment before the prototype is created and reviewed because we want the client and Ell Vii's Automations to confirm that the direction and working relationship are a good fit first.

Direction before production

Private client workspace

When the project moves forward, a client account is created in the Ell Vii's Automations Business Portal. The portal provides a private, access-controlled place for project information, communication, and account activity so sensitive client information does not need to live on the public website.

After prototype approval, production can
  • Replace generic/placeholder images with approved final images
  • Remove images the client does not want
  • Finalize approved wording and business details
  • Refine page layouts without restarting the design
  • Complete forms, links, integrations, mobile QA, and SEO/AEO/GEO checks within scope
  • Prepare the approved site for domain launch
Additional scope when needed
  • Material change in design direction after approval
  • New pages, features, or integrations outside approved scope
  • Large photography/content projects
  • CRM, Website Assistant, app, portal, or specialized workflow work not included in the quote
Prototype to launch

Design first. Approve. Build. Launch.

The prototype carries the larger design conversation. Once approved, production is focused on completing the agreed website and the selected scope.

Stage 1

Prototype

Work through design direction, page structure, visuals, messaging, customer path, and search/answer direction. No website-project payment and no Year 1 clock yet.

Stage 2

Approve + first 50%

Once the prototype direction and production scope are approved, the first 50% is due. Production begins and Year 1 starts on that payment date.

Stage 3

Refine + complete

Replace placeholders, finalize pages and functionality, implement the SEO/AEO/GEO foundation, run quality checks, and prepare the site for launch.

Stage 4

Launch + final 50%

The approved website goes onto or connects to the client's domain. The remaining 50% is due and the original build is complete.

Website build levels

Every level is custom-designed. SEO + AEO + GEO are included at every level.

These are not template tiers versus custom tiers. They are different starting levels for different business needs. The approved scope confirms exactly what is included for the client, while the modern discoverability foundation remains standard.

What changes the website price

The price changes when the amount of work changes.

The website is already custom-designed, and the SEO/AEO/GEO launch foundation is already included. These are examples of additional work that can increase the quote or move a project into a larger build level.

Scope areaExamplesWhy it can change price
Pages & architectureAdditional service pages, location pages, portfolio pages, policy/resource pages, landing pagesMore page design, content structure, internal linking, mobile QA, and SEO/AEO/GEO work.
Forms & customer actionsQuote forms, intake forms, conditional forms, file uploads, booking requestsMore fields, logic, validation, routing, testing, and integrations.
Media & presentationLarge galleries, before/after experiences, video sections, custom graphics, photography coordinationMore asset preparation, layout work, optimization, and content handling.
Booking, payments & commerceScheduling, deposits, checkout, product/service purchase paths, third-party payment connectionsMore workflow, vendor configuration, testing, and customer-state handling.
Advanced search growthLarge location strategies, ongoing content, competitive research, digital PR, expanded schema/entity workGoes beyond the included launch foundation into ongoing growth, authority, and competitive optimization work.
Website Assistant & AIGuided intake, approved knowledge, lead capture, escalation, AI-supported workflowsRequires separate setup, content boundaries, testing, and sometimes usage-based services.
CRM Add-On & follow-upLead records, status, folders, notes, reminders, routing, reportingAdds a separate data/application workflow beyond the public website itself, with its own scope, pricing, access controls, and integrations.
Portals & loginsClient portals, dashboards, account access, protected resourcesAdds authentication, authorization, data isolation, and application behavior.
Integrations & APIsCalendar, CRM, phone, email, external databases, approved third-party servicesAdds connection logic, security, error handling, testing, and vendor dependencies.
Advanced interactionMaps, calculators, configurators, custom search/filtering, complex animation or interactive toolsMoves the work beyond normal content-page design into specialized development.
Plain-English pricing rule: two businesses can receive two different quotes because their websites need different amounts of work. Both websites are still custom-designed and both include SEO, AEO, and GEO foundations.
The Year 1 clock

First payment date = Day 1.

The 12-month Year 1 website-service term begins on the date Ell Vii's Automations receives the first 50% production payment. It ends 12 consecutive months later. The launch date does not reset or extend that anniversary unless a written agreement specifically says otherwise.

Before first paymentComplimentary prototype phase. No Year 1 time is being used.
First 50% receivedProduction begins and the Year 1 term begins on the same date.
12 months laterThe Year 1 term reaches its anniversary. Continuation follows the then-current written terms.
Launch = build completion

The approved website build ends at launch.

The remaining 50% becomes due when the approved production website is launched or connected to the client's domain. Requested changes after that point are maintenance or separately scoped work.

Before launch

Normal refinement inside the approved scope can include replacing placeholders, removing unwanted images, finalizing copy, completing pages/forms, finishing SEO/AEO/GEO launch checks, and completing quality review.

At launch

The approved custom-designed website is placed on or connected to the client's domain and the remaining 50% becomes due.

After launch

Requested text changes, image swaps, pricing updates, new sections, new pages, feature changes, ongoing search-growth work, and other new requests are maintenance or separate scope.

Post-launch website care

Maintenance starts with post-launch changes.

Platform Maintenance is separate from the website build and Year 1 website-service term.

Separate CRM Add-On

CRM is its own business system, pricing lane, and security boundary.

A website can connect to CRM, but CRM is not automatically part of the website package. The public website may collect an approved lead and hand that information into the CRM. The CRM workspace, internal notes, pipeline, and customer records are treated as a separate access-controlled application.

Your public website is not your CRM database.

Keeping the CRM as a separate system reduces unnecessary exposure and makes the product boundary easier to understand. No platform can promise zero security risk, so production security uses separation, authenticated access, scoped integrations, and protected data handling appropriate to the approved CRM scope.

Pricing FAQ

Questions customers should not have to guess about.

Do all websites include SEO, AEO, and GEO?

Yes. Every Ell Vii's Automations website includes an SEO, AEO, and GEO foundation. SEO helps traditional search engines understand the site. AEO makes important answers easier for answer engines and question-based search to retrieve accurately. GEO helps AI-powered and generative discovery systems understand and verify the business's source material. Together they prepare the website for the way customers discover businesses now, not only the way search worked years ago.

Why can SEO + AEO + GEO be a game changer?

Because customers now discover businesses through traditional search results, direct answers, question-based searches, and AI-generated search experiences. Building all three into the website from the start reduces the risk of launching a polished website optimized for only one discovery channel. It also improves clarity for real customers. Results are never guaranteed, but the business begins with a broader modern foundation.

What is the Labor Day offer?

From September 3 through 11:59 PM Arizona time on Monday, September 7, 2026, an approved purchase combining a Website + CRM + Chatbot receives 25% off the full combined Ell Vii's Automations total. Normal pricing returns Tuesday, September 8. Third-party usage or vendor charges remain separate unless the approved quote specifically includes them.

Do I pay before seeing a website direction?

No website-project production payment is accepted before the complimentary prototype is created and reviewed. The purpose is to make sure the proposed direction works for the client and that both sides are comfortable moving forward before paid production begins.

What is the Business Portal?

Clients receive a private Business Portal account when the project moves forward. It provides an access-controlled place for project information, communication, and account activity, supporting better privacy and security than placing client-specific information on the public website.

Are all Ell Vii's Automations websites custom-designed?

Yes. Every website is designed around the individual business, its goals, page structure, customer journey, and brand direction. There is no separate fee just to move from a template website to a “custom website.”

Why can two websites have different prices?

Because they can require different amounts of work. The price is based on the approved scope: pages, content, forms, customer actions, integrations, systems, and special features included in the project.

What does “scope of work” mean?

It simply means what Ell Vii's Automations is agreeing to build for your project. The quote should identify the important pages, functions, integrations, and systems included so you can understand what is driving the price.

Is CRM included in the website price?

No, not unless the approved quote specifically lists CRM. CRM is a separate add-on and business application with its own pricing, access controls, data workflow, and integrations. The website can send approved lead information to CRM without making the CRM workspace or customer database a public website page. View CRM pricing and security.

When does Year 1 start?

Year 1 starts on the date Ell Vii's Automations receives the first 50% production payment after the prototype direction and production scope are approved.

Does the free prototype use any Year 1 time?

No. The complimentary prototype happens before the first website-project payment, so the Year 1 clock has not started yet.

When is the second 50% due?

The remaining 50% is due when the approved finished website is launched or connected to the client's domain.

Does launch restart Year 1?

No. The Year 1 end date remains 12 months after the first production payment unless a written agreement specifically says otherwise.

What happens if I want changes after launch?

Requested changes after launch are maintenance or separately scoped post-launch work, including content edits, new pages, new sections, image changes, pricing updates, feature changes, and ongoing growth work beyond the included launch foundation.

Are third-party costs included?

Only when the quote specifically says they are included. Paid software, APIs, AI usage, telecom, SMS/email, app stores, advertising, photography, licensing, travel, and other vendor/platform costs are identified separately when applicable.

Labor Day: save 25% when Website + CRM + Chatbot move forward together.

Start with the complimentary prototype before any website-project production payment. Confirm the fit and scope, receive your private Business Portal account, then move into production. Offer ends September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time.
